Chiltern Capital is delighted to announce the promotions of two members of its team.

Mike Coupland has been promoted to Partner, and Harry Reid has been promoted to Manager.

Since joining, Mike has made an invaluable contribution to the firm. He has taken on the role of portfolio lead as well as being directly involved in driving value creation strategies at Strata Products, Batt Cables and Emtez. Mike said: "I'm delighted to step into this leadership role and deeply grateful for the trust Chiltern has placed in me. It’s been a rewarding journey so far, and I feel fortunate to work alongside such a high-calibre team at the firm, as well as outstanding management teams across our portfolio. Looking ahead, I’m excited to strengthen these partnerships, drive value creation, and support our companies in achieving long-term, sustainable growth."

Harry has been with Chiltern since 2023 and has been integral in a number of new platform investments, including Rapid Repair Network and Strata Products.
