VIMA Group is a fast-growing, specialist digital transformation consultancy that operates across the public sector, with a focus on defence, other secure environments and critical infrastructure. It offers services in the key areas of project, programme and portfolio management (“P3M”), data analytics, cyber assurance, business analysis and transformation, and procurement. The business has grown rapidly year-on-year since being established in 2015.
As part of the MBO, Chiltern took a majority stake in VIMA Group and played an active role in supporting the highly experienced management team of Dean Taylor (MD) and Graham Joyce (COO) to continue driving growth.
After an impressive phase of growth we exited our partnership with VIMA Group and the business was acquired by KBR Group in August 2022.
