We work with founders, corporate vendors and incumbent teams to deliver their objectives. Our goal is to drive transformational growth – organically and via targeted acquisition strategies - and create market leaders.
We have no set investment minimum or maximum, and like to invest additional capital to support the growth plan. We target investments in companies generating £2m - £10m+ profit with headquarters in the UK or Ireland. We consider all B2B sectors and are comfortable taking either minority or majority stakes.
Whilst every investment will be different, we typically get involved in three situations:
● Working with a founder or family shareholders who are seeking a smooth exit and want to transition ownership;
● Where shareholders have different timescales or ambitions and ultimately want different outcomes; and
● Corporates or groups that are looking to sell a business unit that is non-core to their strategy.
