Chiltern portfolio business, VIMA Group, has completed the off-market acquisition of digital technical solutions specialist, EITEC Ltd.

Portsmouth-based EITEC offers digital solutions in engineering, business intelligence and cyber security, alongside Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M) support for a number of defence sector clients. EITEC Managing Director, Iain Wallace, has taken on the role of Director of Digital Services in VIMA Group.

The combination of VIMA’s existing capabilities and EITEC’s service offering enhances the group’s overall digital transformation capability, across delivery and project management.
