Chiltern portfolio company, Steer Automotive, has completed its off-market acquisition of Scotland’s largest accident repairer, Bennett’s of Scotland Ltd.

With its state of the art repair facilities in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Ayr, Bennett’s provides repair coverage to over 70% of vehicles on Scotland’s roads for the UK’s leading insurers and accident managers.

It is the second acquisition the Group has completed since Chiltern’s initial investment in March 2021.
