Chiltern portfolio company, Steer Automotive, has completed the acquisition of accident repairer, Tyne Tees Vehicle Repair Group Ltd (“Tyne Tees”).

Founded in 1970, Tyne Tees has grown into one of the largest and most highly respected repair specialists in the UK. The transaction provides Steer Automotive with a scaled presence in the North-East from which further growth will be delivered.

It is the fourth acquisition that Steer Automotive has completed since Chiltern’s investment in March 2021.
