Chiltern Capital invests in Kerr's Tyres

Kerr's Tyres Group (“Kerrs”), a premium tyre and services autocentre group, serving both commercial fleets and private vehicles, has announced a significant investment from Chiltern Capital, a London based investor.

This strategic partnership will act as a springboard for Kerrs’ expansion across the UK, building on its strong reputation for excellent customer service, expert advice, and premium services offered at competitive prices.

Founded and led by Norman Kerr, Kerrs has rapidly grown by prioritising customer satisfaction and team expertise. Andy Randall will join the board as Chair.

Norman Kerr, Founder and Chief Executive of the Group, said:

“This investment from Chiltern Capital will give us the support we need to rapidly expand our proven business model not just in Ireland, but right across the UK. The focus on our team, who provide expert advice and high-quality customer service in an industry which has previously had a poor reputation means we are able to deliver a quality product and service for all our customers. This has truly separated us from our competition.”

Ben Robinson, Investment Director at Chiltern Capital, commented:

“Chiltern has expertise and experience in the automotive aftermarket and helping businesses enhance their service programmes to reach a broader customer base. From the day we met Kerrs, it was clear that the business has consistently delivered exceptional service, driven by a talented team with a strong desire to succeed and we knew we wanted to be part of their journey. We are excited to work with Norman and the team over the coming years to help develop and deliver their vision to be the best in this sector.”

The investment marks a key milestone in Kerrs growth journey, providing the resources and strategic backing to extend its successful business model across the UK and Ireland.

Kerrs was advised by Beltrae Partners and MKB Law.
