Chiltern is delighted to announce the promotions of three members of its investment team on the back of a strong year at the firm.

Joe Bennett has been promoted to Investment Director, and Laura Clayfield and Zerxis Billimoria have been promoted to Investment Manager.

Joe has led several platform investments since joining Chiltern, most recently Surepharm in 2022. In addition, Joe has actively originated investment opportunities and worked closely with management teams to deliver real value creation.

Laura has been integral to the acquisition of several new platform investments and add-ons over the last year. She has successfully led a range of portfolio initiatives, including in relation to ESG, D&I and management enhancements.

Zerxis has accelerated a number of successful portfolio Buy + Build initiatives, including the off-market acquisition of cyber security solutions provider Cyphra for Pixel. In addition, Zerxis supported the recent strong exit of Doby, which achieved a meaningful return for investors.
